New GPS camera from Samsung

The Samsung ST1000 comes with GPS, and geo-tags your photos so that the file includes location information. This Christmas could see even more Total Recall devices under the tree.

Where in the world are you? With the ST1000's built-in GPS and Geo-tagging capability, you'll always know where you stand, literally, and you'll never forget where that fantastic photo was shot. From the Grand Canyon to the Great White Way and the Golden Gate Bridge, the ST1000 will pinpoint your location and put it up on your LCD for all (or just you) to see. And you can use the same geographic information to easier manage large volumes of photos on your memory card or computer hard drive.

Photography used to be such a technical art less than 10 years ago. Now the camera does everything for you - even GPS capability! What's the world coming to?

Samsung always rock whether it’s mobile or other electronics item. This camera proves once again that Samsung is awesome in electronics items.

I just use my smart phone for photos. Traditional cameras are becoming obsolete except the very high end ones.

Great one by Samsung, I think mobile technologies is going too fast, more features compatibilit. Nokia will come up with some new technologies to be in market with Iphones and Blackberry and so on with Samsung.

Can you do a near comparission with all such products comparing to iphone.

Digital cameras can do things film cameras cannot: displaying images on a screen immediately after they are recorded, and deleting images to free storage space.

I like this one very much.

Samsung had really trasformed their brand into something new. Pixels are now clear and photos are crisp.
